Cboe: STEN

Listed October 01, 2025

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE

The iShares Large Cap 10% Target Buffer Sep ETF seeks to track the share price return of the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (the Underlying Fund) up to an approximate upside limit, while seeking to provide downside protection against approximately the first 10% of Underlying Fund losses over an approximate 12-month period beginning at the end of each September.

Why STEN?

  1. Seek downside protection: Over the course of each 12-month hedge period, the Fund seeks to gain exposure to large cap U.S. equities with up to 10% downside protection (minus fees) in exchange for capped upside.

  1. Built-in options strategy: Offers investors convenient access to an options-based risk management strategy.

  1. Outcome oriented: A single-ticker solution for investors seeking equity exposure with targeted downside protection, helping align portfolios with specific risk and return objectives.
