The fund aims to provide a convex return patterncapturing the potential for strong upside participation while helping to limit losses in downturns. On the upside, the fund aims to offer the potential for capital appreciation that could match or exceed that of the U.S. large cap equity, providing convexity. On the downside, the fund aims to mitigate against a meaningful portion of the risk posed by a decline in U.S. large cap equity markets.
