iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF

The iShares Floating Rate Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of the Bloomberg Barclays US Floating Rate Note < 5 Years Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade (as determined by Bloomberg Index Services Limited (the Index Provider or Bloomberg)) floating rate notes. Securities in the Underlying Index have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to one month and less than five years, and have $300 million or more of outstanding face value.
