The Fund seeks to provide, at the end of the outcome period, returns that track the share price returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the Underlying ETF) that are in excess of the spread in positive market environments (i.e., where Underlying ETF returns are positive and are greater than the spread), while providing a Buffer against the first 15% of Underlying ETF losses. The Fund's strategy is designed to produce these outcomes based upon the performance of the Underlying ETF's share price returns at the conclusion of the Outcome Period. Each Outcome Period will be a one-year period from December 1 to November 30.
