The Invesco Comstock Contrarian Equity ETF seeks to achieve its objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. In selecting securities for investment, the portfolio managers focus primarily on a securitys potential for capital growth and income. The contrarian nature of the strategy reflects that the portfolio managers emphasize a value style of investing, seeking to identify well-established, undervalued companies that have identifiable factors that might lead to improved valuations.
