Along with being an avid blockchain enthusiast, Raj's current focus is on delivering practical insights across both traditional and evolving market segments focusing on innovative products.

He founded BetterExplained in 2007, which helps millions of readers with clear, insightful math lessons. The site has grown into a top education resource, referenced by hundreds of university courses, Science Magazine, The New York Times, The Atlantic, and Scientific American.

Stacey Gilbert is a Sr. Director and Instructor in The Options Institute, the educational arm of Cboe Global Markets. Prior to joining Cboe, Ms. Gilbert spent six year at Glenmede Investment Management (GIM) where she was the Chief Investment Officer of GIM and co-portfolio manager of Derivatives. She oversaw portfolio management, research and trading operations and helped shape investment strategy and implementation. Prior to joining Glenmede, Ms. Gilbert served as the Head of Derivative Strategy at Susquehanna Financial Group. In this role, she led the team responsible for providing market commentary, actionable ideas and trading strategies driven by things like catalyst events, breaking news and sector analysis. During her more than two decades at Susquehanna, she held several leadership positions — including key senior positions on the trading desk and at the American Stock Exchange, trading both options and ETFs. Ms. Gilbert also led the company’s Education department.

Stacey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and a minor in economics from Dartmouth College.
